Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing an order to ensure the best fit and a smooth shopping experience.
Cancellations & Refunds
As per our website policy, returns and refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Cancellations are not possible once the order has been dispatched.
Exchange Procedure
Exchange is only valid for size changes, product cannot be changed.
To request an exchange, please email us at help@edore.in within 3 days of receiving the item. Include:
- Order ID
- Item and size purchased
- Exchange request
- Product images (front & back)
We'll respond within 24 hours.
Exchanges are only applicable for the same or higher order value.
Quality Check
All exchange requests are subject to a quality check. Exchanges will be declined if:
- The product has been used
- The product is damaged
- Product tags are missing
Products returned without tags will be sent back to the customer.
Shipping the Exchange
Once approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process the exchange within 5–7 business days.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective item, we’re sorry! Please send order details and images to help@edore.in. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
Exchange Limitations
Only one exchange per order is permitted.
