Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.
Exchanges are allowed only for size changes of the same product.
To request an exchange, email help@edore.in within 3 days of delivery with your order ID, size, and product images.
All exchanges undergo a quality check — items used, damaged, or without tags will not be accepted.
Customers must bear the return shipping cost, and only one exchange per order is permitted.
